Sending out an SOS: anyone read Korean?

"I am the message tucked in a bottle, written in a language I know you can't read."

No joke, we found a message in a bottle from Korea. It was on the beach at Kalaloch. A joke? An SOS from a desperate prisoner? A desperate lover? A desperate Pen Pal? Biological warefare? Someone's trash? Only one way to find out... (=

The spherical fellows appear to be mints. And from the smell of the wet paper, this appears to be a beer bottle. Do they make plastic beer bottles? Maybe that's just the briny scent of the sea.

The contents? An empty paper bag. Looks kind of like a bag you get your prescription meds in. Hm. Maybe biological warefare isn't so far off the mark?

So...can anyone read Korean? (Mary? April?). Do we need to plan a rescue mission? Is this the top-secret N.Korean nuclear plans? Or is someone just littering (=

p.s. I'm pretty sure the handwriting in the upper right-hand corner of the last scanned image is the beginnings of MY name in Korean (thanks to my Korean roomates at The Patio and my good friend Mary who served a mission in S. Korea, I can spell my name and say a few phrases.)...so--perhaps the message is addressed to me...

Also...Alex ate cookies after touching this bag. He didn't wash his hands. So...if this is biological warefare--could you let me know how much time we have left?
